The real planning problem

Disney planning gets messy because every decision lives somewhere else.

The issue is not a shortage of advice. It is trying to turn all that advice into one trip that works for your dates, your family, your budget and your priorities.

Before The Insider Pass

  • Hotel comparisons in one tab and ticket research in another.
  • Booking dates spread across calendars, notes and screenshots.
  • Park plans built from generic advice that may not fit your group.
  • Every trip change forces you to rethink several other decisions.

With one connected trip profile

  • Enter the core trip details once.
  • Reuse those details across costs, deadlines, park plans and resort research.
  • Keep useful answers and saved locations tied back to the same vacation.
  • Finish with a report that pulls the work into one place.
The unique mechanism

Enter your trip once. Let the whole system work from the same trip.

That connected profile is what makes The Insider Pass different from another checklist, PDF bundle or pile of Disney tips.

My Trip Profile becomes the planning foundation.

Save your dates, travellers, children's ages and heights, hotel, selected parks, budget, walking preferences and planning priorities once. Change the trip in one place, then continue planning from the same saved context.

1. Enter the trip once
2. Use connected tools
3. Build one Trip Report
Tool 1

Overpay Audit

Compare tickets, complete hotel costs, transport, dining, Memory Maker, gift cards, Park Hopper and party-ticket decisions without pretending mutually exclusive alternatives are one giant savings total.

You get: costs worth reviewing, assumptions and live checks
Tool 2

Trip Planner

Build family-specific park days using your dates, must-dos, children's heights, thrill level, walking preference, midday breaks, rain planning and Lightning Lane approach.

You get: practical morning, midday and evening priorities
Tool 3

Deadline Guardian

Calculate the dining, Lightning Lane and planning dates that apply to your stay. Mark tasks complete and download calendar events so important windows are easier to act on.

You get: a trip-specific timeline instead of a generic checklist
Tool 4

Ask The Insider

Ask a specific question about your trip. Paid access uses Claude with your saved trip context and the included planning knowledge, then shows guide and page references plus live-check warnings when details can change.

You get: a personalized answer you can save into the Trip Report
Tool 5

Money Map

Search 145 indexed Disney-area locations, filter the list, save useful places to your trip and open stored coordinates in Google Maps when you are ready to verify current details.

You get: your own shortlist instead of another giant map
Tool 6

Resort Finder

Compare 24 resort profiles against your saved party, parks, transport needs, occupancy, walking preference and practical trade-offs. Compare up to three choices side by side.

You get: clearer best-fit reasons and watch-outs
The finished result

Do not finish your planning with even more scattered information.

Trip Report brings the useful work back together so you can keep it, print it and revisit it as the vacation changes.

Complete ReportCombine your profile, costs, park plans, deadlines, resort results, saved Money Map locations and Ask The Insider answers into one PDF.
Focused ReportsDownload smaller PDFs for parks, costs, deadlines or saved answers when you only need one part of the plan.
Portable BackupYour trip is stored in the browser, so downloading an updated report gives you a useful copy to keep outside the app.
Why not just use free Disney information?

Use free information for research. Use The Insider Pass to organize the decisions.

The Insider Pass is not trying to replace Disney, YouTube or live web research. It solves the different problem of turning those moving pieces into one usable plan.

Disney and live sources

Use them for current prices, schedules, reservation inventory and policy details that can change.

YouTube, blogs and forums

Use them for ideas, experiences and research. The challenge is deciding what actually applies to your trip.

The Insider Pass

Use it to connect your dates, family details, costs, plans, deadlines, questions and saved decisions in one place.

The value is in the decisions

One avoidable Disney decision can cost more than the entire toolkit.

The Insider Pass does not promise a savings number. It gives you a structured way to compare costs, timing and trade-offs before you commit.

Before you payCompare the whole hotel, ticket and add-on decision instead of one attractive headline price.
Before park dayPlan around your actual party, walking pace, heights, priorities and Lightning Lane approach.
Before you forgetTurn the stay into deadlines and reminders that apply to your trip.
The goal is not guaranteed savings. The goal is to have the right comparison, date or planning decision in front of you before it becomes more expensive or inconvenient to fix.

Questions before buying

Frequently asked questions

Why would I use this instead of just searching Google or YouTube?

Google, YouTube and Disney's own channels are useful for research and current information. The Insider Pass solves a different problem: it keeps the details and decisions for your own vacation connected through one saved trip profile, then brings your work back together in a Trip Report.

What does Ask The Insider actually do?

Paid Ask The Insider uses Claude with relevant details from your saved trip and the product's included planning knowledge. It returns a focused answer with supporting guide and page references, and it flags details that should be checked live. Saved answers can also be included in your Trip Report.

Will it plan around my family rather than a generic guest?

Yes. My Trip can store adults, children, children's ages and heights, hotel, parks, walking preference, pace and other planning choices. Trip Planner and other connected areas reuse those details when they are relevant.

Does it show live Disney prices or wait times?

No. Enter the current prices you are seeing when a tool asks for them. The app separates durable planning guidance from changing details that should be confirmed through live sources before paying.

Do I need to install an app?

No. The Insider Pass runs in a web browser. After purchase, Gumroad provides a licence key and a button that opens the paid app.

What happens if I use another device?

Your trip details are stored in the browser where you created them. On another device you can verify your Gumroad licence again, but locally saved trip information does not automatically sync between browsers. Download an updated Trip Report as a portable copy.

Can I explore it before purchasing?

Yes. The guided demo uses fixed Miller Family sample information so you can inspect the workflow and completed sample outputs before entering your own trip.

Does it book reservations for me?

No. It helps organize decisions, comparisons and deadlines. You still make reservations and purchases through Disney or the provider you choose.

Does it guarantee that I will save money?

No. The Insider Pass does not promise a savings amount. It helps you compare relevant costs and trade-offs before making the decision.

Is it affiliated with Disney?

No. The Insider Pass is an independent planning product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Disney.

Your Disney trip is complicated enough

Stop carrying the whole trip in your head.

Enter the trip once. Know what deserves attention, what needs to be booked next, and which expensive decisions deserve another look — then keep it together in one Trip Report.
